Open to all active real estate Agents and Brokers.
We offer a generous commission, normally 50%.  You must inquire about the split for each auction.  We
expect you to earn your commission by providing full service to your buyers.  Simply knowing who might
be interested and registering them is not providing adequate service.  

We also pay a referral fee of 1% .

Conditions

1.  You must be the first to register your client (by using this form, or a current, binding Buyer
     Agency Contract) at least 24 hours before the start of the auction.
2.  The client must sign that you are representing them for this particular auction.
3.  You must attend the auction and encourage them to bid.
4.  Your client must be the buyer. and close according to the terms of the auction.

No Broker will be recognized for a client who has previously contacted or been contacted by Doug Holladay
Auctions, Inc about this property.  Commissions will be paid upon closing through appointed title company. 
If an Agent/Broker or member of his/her immediate family participates in the purchase, a referral commission
can only be paid if previously discussed and registered.
