Owner Doug Holladay has extensive experience in Marketing and Business.  Raised in a Newspaper family with a background in Radio, Holladay is a professional photographer, copywriter, Producer & Director.  Working in the Television industry in Los Angeles, California since 1984 producing programs for ESPN, CBS, Independents, Documentaries for PBS, Waste Management, IOF and Westar Energy.

Owning a successful advertising agency in Santa Barbara, Ca. Holladay
has personally created over 2,500 Television commercials and 300 Television
programs. 

Recognized in the industry with a Television Emmy, a Los Angeles Associated
Press Award and received the Aegis Award (Nations top honor for non Broadcast).

In 1995 Holladay pursued his passion of restoring historic homes that soon led to
designing, building and selling single family residences and creating subdivisions. 

His Auctioneering and Real Estate credentials were obtained in 1996.

Residing in Jupiter, Florida, with his family, Holladay specializes in custom
tailored auctions and discrete Private Brokerage services.
